- Manage identification, evaluation and intervention of the different risk factors and dangers to the safety and health of employees.
- Execute in a timely manner and relevance of the activities of the Hygiene, Industrial Safety, Preventive Medicine and Occupational Health programs.
- Monitor and monitor the health status of employees associated with occupational risk factors through epidemiological surveillance systems and preventive and occupational medicine mechanisms.
- Strengthen the culture of health and safety by promoting the commitment and leadership of all employees through SSTA induction and re-induction.

- Design and execute the Annual Work Plan and the training schedule in accordance with the provisions of resolution 0312 of 2019. Implement and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management System , so that a safe and healthy work environment is guaranteed for employees in the performance of their duties.
